Click on "Music" or "Sounds" to find relevant royalty free audio files for each. Click on the titles once to show the list, click the titles again to hide the list.
Most of the sites on either list use Creative Commons Licences, unless otherwise stated. If you don't know what "Creative Commons Licences" are or how to use them click here. Audio that has a CC Licence is probably just going to have you credit the author, but if you're ever not sure (even with music that doesn't have a CC License) credit the author and site to stay on the safe side.
